How to start a Fan club

REGULATIONS

All the FC Barcelona supporters can find below all the information to create a supporters club.

1. The prospect supporters club should first of all submit in writing their interest to become an official supporters club and to receive authorisation from the Club in order to use the denomination “barcelonista“, “blaugrana”, “azulgrana”, “barça”...

2. Once the Club has granted the authorisation, the prospect club should :
A) CATALAN AND REST OF SPAIN SUPPORTERS CLUBS

Register as a non profit organisation at Direcció General de Dret i Entitats Jurídiques of the Generalitat de Catalunya, or at the corresponding autonomous administration when referred to the rest of Spain (the Club will hand in a standard copy of the statutes).

B) FOREIGN SUPPORTERS CLUBS

Register at the corresponding Spain’s Consulate or Embassy , in the event that some or all the members hold Spanish citizenship, and submit the resultant statutes (the Club will hand in a standard copy of the statutes).

In any other case, and once the Club has granted the authorisation, the supporters club should register as an association through the corresponding local country’s administration where it is meant to be established.


3. Hand in to the FC Barcelona Supporters Club Department by mail, fax or e-mail:
- a copy of their statutes and the Founding Act accordingly stamped by the corresponding local country’s administrative body
- a letter of intention applying for official status

In the event of a foreign supporters club, the corresponding local country’s administrative body should issue the above referred documents.
4. FC Barcelona final official approval will be issued according to the decision taken by the Social Commission and the Club’s Board of Administration after considering the recommendations made by the Fan Club Council’s (Consell de Penyes) respective regional representative.
